Event Services

The Whisk & Tin offers several services. We encourage you to speak with our experienced event planner to tailored menu to your specific needs. We are happy to assist you with any size event you may be planning, literally no matter how large or small.

Menus & Meal Service

All arrangements must be made prior to your event. We offer buffet style service unless otherwise negotiated.


The Whisk & Tin requires a $500 minimum and/or 25 persons for certain signature selections. Your budget is important to us, and we will work with you to plan your food, beverage and rental service needs. All prices are subject to change, and availability and price of some items are per current market value and availability. Any price quote changes and you will be notified prior to event.

Site Inspection

Site inspection may be necessary prior to booking your event. A member of our team may need to inspect proposed event site to ensure our ability to access and properly function for the event.

Food Truck Access, Clearance & Parking

Our truck is rather large in size. We need to be sure that we can safely access the location, park, service guests, and turn around to exit the property. Our truck is 12 feet tall and 20 feet long, Mandatory Access clearance is 9 feet wide x 30 ft long x 13 feet high. No low hanging obstructions such as, banners, powerlines or tree branches. The Parking pad area must be level, measuring 30 feet in length by 20 feet wide by 13 feet tall to accommodate guest lines.


We offer a variety of rental equipment for you event. For other rental services we have a preferred vendor list and can provide you with contact information. Event Planning charges apply.


Additional travel mileage charges apply outside the greater Piedmont Triad area.

Staff Services

Our professional staff of Chefs, bartenders, and service staff are required for all Full service events. Events require a minimum of 2 event staff for all contracted events, with a 4 hour minimum.

Custom Printed Event Menus

We offer custom printed menus for your event to take with you as a special keepsake of the food truck event. Speak with Event planner for this service.

Food Allergies

Please alert us to any food allergies or specific dietary restrictions prior to your event.

Peak Season

Our clients are encouraged to book their event date as far out as possible. Due to heavy demand for our services additional fees may apply during our Peak seasons and on Peak dates, including holidays.


Not all products are available throughout the year. We reserve the right to substitute ingredients with similar products at our own discretion. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
